General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rajee ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). rajee is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, and cricket betting.

These Terms operate solely according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All time-related matters, such as bonus expiry or withdrawal processing times, are calculated in BST.

1.1 Scope of Application

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali text shall be considered final. The term "account" used in these Terms refers to a member's registered personal account on the rajee platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on rajee:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may register and play on the rajee platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. rajee may request necessary documents from a member at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, same device, same IP address, or same payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. rajee reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided. Information required for registration includes:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer, sell, or share their account with any other person. Each account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

Account Security and Verification

Ensuring the security of every member's account on the rajee platform is our highest priority. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology.

3.1 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any suspicion of unauthorized access to an account must be reported to the rajee support team immediately. rajee will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing a password or disclosing it to a third party.

3.2 KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment, rajee may verify a member's identity at any time. Documents that may be required for verification include:

• Clear photo of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recently issued bank statement or utility bill (proof of address)

rajee reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Members are advised to enable Two-Factor Authentication to further enhance account security. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access to your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on rajee:

• Minimum deposit amount per method is ৳500
• The deposit method must be registered in the member's own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Account balance will be updated immediately after a successful deposit
• If there is a delay due to a technical issue, the support team must be informed with the transaction reference

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete
• Some withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met

4.3 Transaction Security

4.4 Currency and Tax

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Accepting bonuses and promotional offers from rajee is entirely optional. However, once a bonus is accepted, complying with the specific terms of that bonus is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only
• A specific time limit may apply to meet the wagering requirement
• Some games may contribute a limited amount toward the wagering calculation
• The same member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

rajee maintains four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to higher tiers depends on gaming activity and participation on the platform. Specific wagering requirements may apply for cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abuse of the bonus system, such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, is a violation of rajee policy and may result in account closure.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 RNG and Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajee platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Exploiting the bonus system by creating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorism
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Hacking or launching cyber attacks on the platform's systems
• Colluding or coordinating with other players using deceptive strategies
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in games
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Conducting gaming activities on behalf of minors
• Violating the membership terms and conditions in any other way

7.1 Fraud Detection

rajee uses advanced anti-fraud technology to monitor all transactions and gaming activities. If suspicious activity is detected, rajee may temporarily suspend the relevant account until an investigation is complete.

Members can set the following limits on their own accounts:

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 rajee's Rights

rajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on the account
• Extended period of inactivity
• Direction from any law enforcement authority

9.2 Member's Right to Self-Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. This request must be submitted to the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any associated bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

Platform services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. rajee is not legally obligated to compensate members for any losses incurred during such downtime.

Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion via the rajee support team. If discussion does not result in a resolution, both parties will settle the matter through mutually agreed mediation.
